Like amphibians that inhabit two worlds, we combine the expertise of traditional finance with the efficiency of blockchain.
The name AmFi is an acronym for “Amphibious Finance.” Like amphibians that inhabit two worlds, we aim to combine the expertise of traditional finance with the efficiency of blockchain technology.
We have developed a financial platform that addresses the main challenges faced by both originators and investors.
Moreover, the AmFi platform is designed so that various traditional financial assets are used as collateral for the operations.
Our goal is to work alongside originators to ensure our platform helps them structure a wide range of deals and offer investors diverse opportunities and new investment products with predictable returns backed by real-world assets.
We use well-known structured finance operations—but in a way that is much more efficient and innovative!
Although AmFi's vision was born long before, this was the official date of the company's establishment.
Launch of Digcap Pool #1, the first product utilizing 100% of the technology infrastructure built by AmFi.
AmFi was the first company authorized by the CVM to conduct a public offering of its products, with all operations being registered, verified, and analyzed.
We surpassed our first R$ 100M in tokenized assets, analyzed and disbursed through the platform.
We surpassed R$ 1 billion in tokenized assets and liquidated the 3rd FIDC established with partners, exclusively for allocation in tokenized Pools by AmFi.
The AmFi platform provides more liquidity and access to the capital markets for originators through standardization, freedom, efficiency, and a reduction in intermediaries. For investors, we unlock new types of financial products, offering more diversification and profitability through transparency, control, and security.
